Beyonce is gearing up for her longly anticipated 3rd studio album due to be released on November 18th. She hasn't decided on a title for the album yet, but I think we can help her a bit.

Germaine and Janet were celebrating Germaine's 36th birthday party at Tejunes the other night. Word has it that Germaine was getting his drink on mighty heavy. Sources say Janet and Germaine along with friends, Busta Rhymes, Ne-Yo and Ice-T and others were partying having a good time. The group were drinking shots of Patron and Jay-Z's Ace of Spades Champaign.

Finally, Germaine's alcohol intake finally caught up to him and he ended up vomiting all over Janet in her lap! Janet allegedly got up and ran out of the club and was taken away in her chauffeured Maybach.

Way to go Germaine, way to go Germaine!

Happy birthday Beyonce! The popular diva turns 27 today. Wonder what big Jova has in store for his bodacious wife. Maybe a getaway to an exclusive tropical Island perhaps??

But don't fret, Beyonce Giselle Knowles is still hard at work as usual. The girl just can't stop! She currently graces the cover of the October 2008 issue of Marie Claire UK. She currently is working on her new movie Cadillac Records where she plays the legendary blues artist Etta James. She also co-stars along side Ali Larter in the drama Obsessed, where she plays his wife. Beyonce is also currently working with Timbaland on her third solo album with a tentative release date of November 2008. And, in addition to her clothing line, House of Dereon, that she co-owns with her mother, she will be debuting a fabulous high-end diamond and crystal jewelry collection.

Kudos to Beyonce on all her success. Happy Birthday "B"!!!
