Rapper, DMX was arrested again for the third time since May of this year!! Dmx was pulled over and arrested in Miami, FL for driving without a license. He was just arrested, mind you, in Arizona on a suspended license, animal cruelty and felony drug possession.
Looks like somebody's heading to the dog pound! Ruff Ruff! hrhgh!!!
